A program spanning more than two years: conversion to an air-actuated gearbox, a modernized turbocharger supporting up to 800 horsepower, and a new MoTeC calibration developed entirely in-house, with our wiring and electronics throughout. Developed on the dyno, refined on track, and past 5,000 successful kilometers in service.

A proof of concept. We set out to learn whether the discipline we practice in motorsport could produce a complete, livable road car. More than 100 hours of calibration sit behind a standalone ECU, and every factory amenity still works, from the cruise control to the heater. The car is driven regularly. Interior development is next.

Electrical architecture & calibration

Our most ambitious club racing program to date. We designed and built the complete electrical architecture for an S54-powered E46 M3 with a DCT transmission, then programmed and calibrated everything on it. Factory BMW systems feed the data stream over CAN, so the ABS and steering angle sensor now serve driver development.

Endurance race engineering

04

A customer BMW M3 we prepare and support in NASA WERC endurance and sprint racing. The fuel system takes on six gallons in under nine seconds. The lighting, monitoring, and structural work hold to the same standard, because endurance racing punishes anything less.
